              Around my neighborhood you'll always see a wall spray painted. The picture above is one that has been recently added. I notice when I see the people who are spray painting on the empty canvas try to prove that it doesn't have to be seen as a criminal act from the tool or design. There are paintings in the neighborhood from graffiti to what is popular (minions) and then onto to promoting an industry. This painting was added after a supermarket had finished remodeling and from what this man did was to show a friendlier and inviting environment. This person spray painted on a flat canvas but styled in a 3-D form from the technique of shading. The wall has a generic scene of how we would know what a farm would look like and what animals are included(design is longer in person). The painting is colorful and neighborhood friendly which everyone seems to always be fund of every time they pass by.The artist tries to show his way of saying where we get our consumption from and how it all benefits us to just easily get our produce in a single store. I think the artist is demonstrating how easy it is to just arrive in the store and purchase what is necessary but to also see what the hard work is on the opposite side for preparation.Its a reminder to show where we're getting our nourishment.

Hey guys!My name is Joanna Castelan. I've lived in Queens my entire life. Your most likely to see me with my headphones on which shows that I'm always listening to music any time of the day. I also enjoy watching movies. I guess you can say I'm a typical laid back type of person. Even though my favorite food isn't a dish, I'll always eat high amounts of fruit on a daily basis.
